- Page 2 of 2 Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 22 - Gilbert intends to solicit for a contractor to provide Biomedical Engineering Staffing Services. The required services are to be performed for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System located in Phoenix, Arizona. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the contract period will be for two (2) ordering periods at 240 days, to be exercised by the Government. Based on the results of market research under Sources Sought Notice 36C25820Q0293, posted on 07/14/2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/, an electronic solicitation may be issued on or about 09/10/2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/.
