- The Raymond G. Murphy New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System hereinafter (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico is announcing the requirement for Base Year and Nine Option Years Contract from businesses that are able to provide Contracted Community Based Outreach Clinical (CCBOC) Services. The Contractor shall provide continuous delivery of primary and preventive medical care services, including tele-mental health services, for eligible Veterans enrolled with the NMVAHCS at the Contractor s clinic facilities that are to be located at the following location: Durango, CO for all assigned patients, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the forthcoming solicitation, on behalf of the NMVAHCS, 1501 San Pedro Drive SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87108. The Contractor s clinic site shall be located within the city limits in Durango, Colorado. Contract will be for a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity. Pre-solicitation Synopsis this procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The Principle NAICS Code is 621498 Medical All Other Outpatient Care Centers. The size standard is $22 Million. The PSC is Q201 Medical - General Health Care. The RFP Number is 36C25820R0031. The RFP will be posted to SAM websites on or about September 18, 2020 with proposals due on or about October 30, 2020. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. A question period will be opened at time of solicitation posting and will close 15 calendar days after solicitation posting. Questions must be submitted in writing. Answers will be provided via amendment. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of contract.
