� � � � � � �***UPDATE�Sep. 15, 2020*** �� 1. Publish Vendor questions to the solicitation with Government responses (See attached - Consolidated Vendor Questions - Circuit Rider). THIS IS A�REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) RURAL WATER CIRCUIT RIDER TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The United Stated Department of Agriculture Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Water & Environmental Programs (WEP) intends to award a five (5) year single award fixed price contract. Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Water & Environmental Programs (WEP) has a requirement for contractor support services in carrying out its mission, mandated by statute, to protect the government�s investment in rural water systems. This is a follow-on requirement that is currently satisfied under Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Water & Environmental Programs (WEP) currently satisfied under the statutory directive from the Farm Bill. QUESTIONS: Submit questions regarding this solicitation to RD.Acquisitions@usda.gov on or before 1:00pm EST Friday, September 11, 2020 (see SF 1449 for submission format). Questions and Government Responses to the questions will be posted within seven days of the question cutoff date.
