- This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound for a NAVAL BASE KITSAP MUSIC DIRECTOR. PERIOD OF PERFORMNACE for this requirement is: 12 months after award date. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 9/4/2020 with a closing date on or about 9/21/2020. Complete description in attached solicitation when posted. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures.� This requirement will be a total 100 % Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 711510, and the Small Business size standard is $8.0 million. Solicitation will be posted to on the BETA.SAM Website: https://beta.sam.gov/. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 9/7/2020 with a closing date on or about 9/21/2020. The closing date for the receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFQ. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price service type contract. The solicitation will be posted under solicitation number N0040620Q0434. This requirement will be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be made available electronically upon its release on the BETA.SAM Website: https://beta.sam.gov/. Prospective offers��should register themselves on the BETA.SAM website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or Faxed.
