This project is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Businesses.� The NAICS code for this project is 561720. The small business size standard is no greater than $19.5 million in average annual receipts. �Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both HUBZone status and the size standard will be considered. �You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the HUBZone program. �Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov). ��Submitted applications to SBA for HUBZone status will not qualify a vendor for consideration of a quote under this solicitation, only full certifications.
