Description
Base Operations Support Services at Luis Gomez Nino Air Base, also known as Apiay Air Base. Location is approximately 55 miles southeast of Bogota, Colombia. The contractor shall provide non-personal services to include repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment, grounds maintenance, housekeeping/janitorial services, administrative support, property accountability, cargo movement, and management of billeting facilities. The operational support complex consists of 94 billeting rooms, 6 office facilities, 2 kitchens, 2 dayrooms, 10 storage areas, 2 aircraft hangars and other support facilities. Amendment 0001 issued to update the period of performance, answer some received questions, and extend solicitation closing. Another amendment will be issued to answer additional questions received prior to the June 12 cutoff. Amendment 0002 issued to answer additional received questions, announce a scheduled site visit for September 24, 2020, and extend solicitation closing to October 13, 2020. Vendors interested in attending the site visit shall register with the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by filling in and emailing the attached registration document no later than 1500 on September 3, 2020.�To maintain social distancing as much as possible,�it is requested that no more than 2 personnel from any single company attend the site visit.�Vendors are notified that the scheduled site visit may change or be cancelled based on COVID-19 travel restrictions. Vendors are reminded of Notes to Offerors 2, that the Government will not reimburse for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a proposal. This includes any travel fees associated with the site visit, and any change/cancellation thereof. The second cutoff for questions per Notes to Offerors 3 is September 28, 2020. Amendment 0003 issued to answer additional received questions and provide a conformed copy of the solicitation.�There is no change�in the schedule of the�site visit on September 24, 2020 at this time. Amendment 0004 issued to answer received questions. There is no change to the schedule of the site visit on September 24, 2020. Those registered but unable to attend may submit a substitute by 9/17.
