Time and date of bid opening remains unchanged. Amendment 0001 is posted on 02 September 2020. 20B3013vol1.pdf and 20B3013vol2.pdf� are updated. W912HN20B30130001.pdf and FRF Annex Pre-Bid Site Visit.pdf are added. Time that bids are due is moved up two hours on the same due date. All blue file links that are clickable make up the entire solicitation package as amended. This project is intended for: Construct a 4,008 SF Field Research Facility Annex. Project includes offices and administrative support areas, team room, secure meeting room, support shop space, restroom, janitor closet, telecommunications room, electrical room and mechanical room. Project includes building information systems, NIPR and SIPR, and fire detection, and alarm systems. A. This is an Invitation for Bid for: PN 91397 Facility Annex, Duck, NC. B. This acquisition is being solicited as 100% Competitive Small Business acquisition under NAICS 236220, Commercial and Institutional Construction. C. This acquisition w ill be aw arded in accordance w ith FAR Part 14 (Sealed Bidding). D. In accordance w ith FAR 36.204(f) the magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 E.
