Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Erie, PA is soliciting for the�construction of a Chiller Plant for the Erie VAMC.� The contractor shall perform the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.� Project Number 562-14-115.� The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, supervision, equipment, permits, testing and reports in accordance with all federal, state and local codes and regulations.� The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.� Period of Performance will be 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Set-Aside Information:� This solicitation is to be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside (SDVOSB).� The NAICS code for this project is 236220� Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. Amendment 001 is issued to add the sign-in sheet from the pre-proposal site visit held on 6/30/2020. Amendment 002 is issued to add drawing GS001 which was missing when the solicitation was issued. Amendment 003 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 8/13/2020. Amendment 004 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 9/2/2020. Amendment 005 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 9/23/2020. Amendment 006 is issued to answer questions received.� Due date remains 9/23/2020 Amendment 007 is issued to answer questions received, provide updated drawings, and provide spec and pricing schedule for add alternate.
