The Tulsa, Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for removal of existing concrete sidewalks in multiple locations and installation of new area drains, sidewalks, grading, landscaping and parking/concrete pads at or around buildings 320, 403, 240, 220, 220, 344 and 501. Buildings will not have all components some will have grading and drainage others will have only parking/concrete pads etc. All work is IAW the provided drawings and specifications provided with the solicitation.
