Solicitation No.� 47PB0020R0027/0001� is hereby amended as follows:� The NAICS Code for this solicitation requirement is� NAICS Code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $15.0 million. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This procurement is for the award of a design-build project to replace the fire alarm and emergency communication system at the James C. Cleveland United States Federal Building and the Warren B. Rudman United States Courthouse in Concord, NH (Proj. No. VNH00203 & VNH00204 The existing fire alarm system providing coverage in these buildings is a Simplex system that has undergone numerous modifications, changes, and alteration since it was initially installed in 2004. The fire alarm panels were replaced in 2014-2015 time frame. GSA has determined that the current system lacks some of the key functions required by PBS P-100 as well as USMS Publication 64. The existing system also lacks a voice evacuation system. Reference the Statement of Work Dated March� 5, 2020
