TITLE NAME - RTI Carpet Replacement IDENTIFYING # - W912L8-20-B-0003-0001 CLASSIFICATION CODE - Z1AB - Maintenance of Conference Space and Facilities NAICS CODE - 238330 - Flooring Contractors / Size Standard $16.5M. SET-ASIDE - Total Small Business set-aside in accordance w ith FAR 19.502-2. DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: IAW FAR 36.204(d), this project is expected to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES: Are applicable to this project. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT - Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and warranties to remove and replace approximately 63,000 Square Feet (SF) of carpeting. Remove and replace rubber wall baseboard and carpet transitions where applicable. The worksite is located at the Regional Traning Institute (RTI) at Camp Dawson, Kingwood, WV 26537.
