- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the solicitation number is N4523A20Q4071. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective 20 Dec 2018. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 4610 and the business size standard is 1,000. This NAICS is for 333318. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, stand-alone contract to the contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis in accordance with but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR (15.101-2). Requirement: Demineralizers CLIN 0001: 7 Each Demineralizers Requested Delivery Date: 2 Dec 20 CLIN 1001: 7 Each Demineralizers Requested Delivery Date: 1 Feb 22 CLIN 1002: 7 Each Demineralizers Delivery Date: 14 Dec 22 See Ordering Data Sheet (ODS) for complete salient description and specifications. Offerors must provide the following information with the proposal: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number, Company Name and Address, and Cage Code on the offer; 2. Specification sheet filled out on solicitation; 3. Include signed solicitation; 4.� Provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature or other documents, if necessary and address technical capability in meeting the requirement. Delivery: FOB Destination � Naval Base Kitsap, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA 98314 All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 23 September 2020, no later than 2:00 pm, �PDT. Proposals/Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to: Jacqueline.edgerton@navy.mil and Edwin Baldoria at edwin.baldoria@navy.mil. Offers received after this closing date and time will not be accepted. �Notice Regarding Synopsis: Information provided shall be treated as Business Sensitive or Confidential to the responder, exempt from public release under the Freedom of Information Act.
