- MILL CREEK TRAIL BRIDGES The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), The Battle Mountain District Office has a requirement the fabrication and all parts to construct two (2) longitudinal glulam slab trail bridge with hand railing and running planks as indicated on the plans in the Statement of Work and other attachments. NAICS: 321999 Size Standard: 500 employees, total small business set-aside under the 321999 NAICS code for all other miscellaneous wood product manufacturing. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract to the lowest price technically acceptable. An organized site visit is NOT scheduled. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. IN NO EVENT SHALL FAILURE TO INSPECT THE SITE CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR A CLAIM AFTER CONTRACT AWARD
