- Amendment No. 1: The brand-name requirement has been removed as alternative items have been revealed. This solicitation is now for brand-name or equal items.� The 136th Airlift�Wing located on Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth request quotes to support a�brand-name OR EQUAL solicitation for Mifram Modular Vehicle Barriers (and components) as listed on the attached Standard Form 1449 and any amendments. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued. This�announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding any amendments or modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the specified items to the Cyber Security Group located in Tyler, Texas. The requested items will�be shipped to Tyler, Texas. See attachment no.�1 (original solicitation), attachment no. 3�(solicitation amendment), and�attachment no. 4 (salient characteristics)�for specifics of the items being requested. Attachment no. 2 (the brand-name justification)�has been removed.� A�single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)�contract award is anticipated to result from this solicitation.�
