- This is a firm-fixed-price request for quotation (RFQ) for commercial security cameras for the Bonneville Dam, Multnomah County, Oregon. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Subpart 13.5.� The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 561621 � Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $22 million.
