- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This is a pre-solicitation notice for RFP that will be issued for a 5 YEAR VISN wide Eyeglasses contract. A copy of the solicitation will be made available on Federal Contracting Opportunities (FCO) following this announcement. To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, the software can be found at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy will not be available to requestors. The solicitation will be issued by July 31, 2020. The final award decision will be based on the evaluation factors listed within the solicitation.
