- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION �COMBO� Two FLIR FIDO X3 System Kits� (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA5004-20-Q-0075 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) See attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 document for applicable clauses and provisions. FAR Provision 52.212-1 will provide instructions to offerors for submission of quotes while 52.212-2 will provide the evaluation criteria. Evaluation criteria for this requirement is Price. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government with respect to these two provisions. A responsive quote will consist of a completed SF1449, and any pertinent technical information such as product specifications as specified in FAR Provision 52.212-2. (iv)�� �*****Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 334511 with a small business size standard of 1250 EMP. (vi)Vendors shall complete either Attachment 1 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combo. (vii) The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: See Attachment 1: Solicitation- FA500420Q0075 Standard Form 1449 See Attachment 2: FIDO X3 System Kit Requirements See Attachment 3: Sole Source Justification (CO Signed) (viii) See Section F of the SF1449 for delivery information. (ix) Options- N/A (x) NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: a. Questions shall be submitted electronically via email to SSgt Jeffrey Harris at jeffrey.harris.22@us.af.mil & TSgt Chrissina Dural at chrissina.dural@us.af.mil. b. Quotes are due no later than 2PM Alaska Standard Time on 17 September 2020. Quotes shall include the following: � One (1) completed copy of SF1449 (Attachment 1) filled out in accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1 and; � Any pertinent technical information such as product specifications and type of product/service offered as required by filled out in accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1 and FAR Provision 52.212-2.
