- **SEE ATTACHMENT FOR FULL SOLICITATION DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS*** AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is: �To incorporate pertinent requirements information (pages 5 -7) as a result of questions from industry.� The document �Q and A � 36C25920Q0701� is incorporated into the solicitation as an attachment.� The solicitation response has been updated from 4:00 PM EDT, 17 September 2020 to 4:00 PM EDT, 23 September 2020. A site visit shall be held on Friday, 18 September 2020 at �9:30 AM MDT.� The location shall be: 1011 Honor Heights Dr. Muskogee, OK 74401 Attending the site visit is not mandatory; however, quotes may be deemed technically unacceptable if they do not conform to location conditions.� E-mail a list of attendees to bruce.bentley@va.gov not later than 2:00PM MDT on Thursday, 17 September 2020. All other terms and conditions remain the same. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. * The deadline for all questions is 4:00pm EDT, Friday, 11 September 2020 All questions must be submitted in writing no later than the question cut-off date marked above. All questions will be answered officially through an amendment to the solicitation. ** Quotes are to be provided to bruce.bentley@va.gov no later than 4:00pm EDT, Thursday, 17 September 2020. Quotes shall not be hand carried. Faxed quotes shall not be accepted. Emailed quotes are the only method of submitted quotes (4MB email limit). The Government reserves the right to make award solely on initial Quotes received. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all portions of the offer (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation. This RFQ shall be completed in its entirety, and signed and dated, failure shall not be considered for award. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C25920Q0701. �The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 effective 31 August 2020. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Small Business.
