- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;�quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9124P-20-T-1810 is issued as a request for quote. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07.� This is a Small Business Set Aside utilizing NAICS 334111 with the small business size standard of 1250 number of employees.� Please see attachment for Line items, quantities, and units of measure.� This will be FOB Destination with all items delivered, inspected and accepted at Redstone Arsenal 60 days after receipt of order.� The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to this provision. In accordance with 52.212-2(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.� In accordance with 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, please provide a completed copy of your certifications to include the certifications in 52.204-24 and 52.204-26�with your offier. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items, applies to this acquistion and to any addenda to this clause. 52.212-5, Contract Term and Conditions Required to� Implement Statutes or Executive orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
