- To be considered for this requirement, the attached SF1449 must be completed and returned; no other format will be accepted. Please respond to blocks 17a and 30a-c on page 1, the vendor information on page 3 including the required response for FAR 52.204-24, as well as provide your prices on the CLINs beginning on page 5.� Script signatures will not be accepted. Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune intends to award based on brand name for WebEx FedRAMP.� No other brand can satisfy agency requirements. The estimated time of delivery will be 45 days after receipt of order. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.
