- Amendment 01 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W912TF-20-Q-0029, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337122�Nonupholster wood furniture Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees.� This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The New Hampshire National Guard requires the below CLINs to meet the requirement.� CLIN 0001: Square Dining Room Tables, Standard Height, 88 EA Description: - 36"" X 36"" Harwood solid surface wood table top - Minimum 1.5"" thickness - 28-30"" tall black metal powder coated base included - Round bottom on table base - non-porous surface (no specific finished requested) CLIN 0002: Round Dining Room Tables, Pub Height, 12 EA Description: - 36"" Round Hardwood solid surface wood table top (finish color must match square tables) - Minimum 1.5"" thickness - 42"" tall black metal powder coated base included - Round bottom on table base CLIN 0003: Dining Room Chairs, Standard Height, 225 EA Description: - Bistro style dining chair - Standard table height 18-20"" - Stackable - Minimum weight capacity 300 lbs - Wood or metal seat platform - Powder coated black metal finish CLIN 0004: Dining Room Chairs, Pub Height, 50 EA Description: - Bistro Style Bar stool - Pub table height 27-30"" seat height - Stackable - Minimum weight capacity 300 lbs - Wood or metal seat platform - Powder coated black metal finish All quotes must be in accordance with this solicitation. Please submit all quotes in the same format as the CLIN structure as�lited above. This requirement will be FOB Destination. Vendors must provide the products technical specifications for technical evaluation. Vendors are cautioned that offers submitted that are found to have missing information (i.e. product technical specification sheets) will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:�� 1. Price 2. Technical capability - Must meet minimum salient characteristics listed in the descriptions of each CLIN This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
