- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Cubicle Style/Classroom Furniture prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using procedures at FAR Part 13.5; the solicitation number is FA303020QA035. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07, effective 3 August 2020 See attached combined synopsis/solicitation and attachments for details *Please note vendors must provide the representation ""52.204-24 � Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment"" that is provided for quoter's convienence in the attachment section. 52.204-25 and the definition of a covered system have been provided for reference to assist in this representation. -----------UPDATE-SITE VISIT INFORMATION------------ ATTN Vendors, Due to the scope of the furniture design layout and install the government will be conducting a site visit on 1 September 2020 at 1:30 p.m.�Central Time. It is HIGHLY encouraged that all vendors who intend to quote attend this site visit as it's the contractors responsibility to ensure all cubicles have power and network connectivity. This site visit will allow vendors to understand the scope of this requirement. YOU MUST RSVP FOR THIS SITE VISIT BY 26 Aug 2020, 1:30 p.m. Central Time Vendors are allowed a MAX of (2) two representatives.
