- Marine Corps Installations � National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) has a commercial requirement for brand name or equal chef apparels from a certified small business. In accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, the MCI-NCR Regional Contracting Office is issuing a commercial solicitation for the acquisition of such supplies. Required specifications are listed in Schedule of Supplies/Services within this solicitation. See the attached file for more details. ** Questions and Answers** 1.� What are the colors from CLINs 0012 and 0015? A: Black 2. What is the stitch count for CLINs 0017? A: 17,067 stitch count 3. Will there be a BPA or IDIQ established for this requirement in the future? A: At this time, this is a stand-alone requirement for a firm-fixed price purchase order. Amendment 001 is attached along with a conformed copy.
