- This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ)�for Mass Care Pandemic Kits for delivery to Tracy, CA in accordance with Federal Acquisition�Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 15. In accordance with GSA's Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) with FEMA,�GSA is seeking to�procure 200 Mass Care Pandemic Kits for delivery to a FEMA distribution center in Tracy, CA. The required items include touch free sanitizing stations and refills, privacy walls/partitions, first aid kits, sanitation wipes,� cleaning wipes, hand soap, hand sanitizer, gloves, touch-free thermometers, and other items.
