- Description
- BEP Office of External Affairs (OEX) requires a system to help improve communication throughout the BEP. The current system is near end of life and needs to be replaced. �A solution that is chosen must offer enhanced capability and real-time communications which can be supported by the BEP IT staff. �Four Winds Interactive (software) FWI was chosen because it is compatible with the existing IT framework and is an on-premise system, as other solutions were Cloud based and not FED RAMP approved.� BEP� Policy 432.12 is that all cloud solutions must be FED RAMP approved). �The period of performance for this system is 12 months from date of award and (2) 12-month option periods.
