- Special Notice Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron � McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Envision Xpress Inc an AbiltyOne partner. Special Notice Synopsis: The 22nd Contracting Squadron � McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Envision Xpress Inc, an AbiltyOne partner. OCP cold weather clothing including ECWCS level 4 trousers, ECW Jacket, mechanic gloves, fleece jackets, steel toe boots, turtlenecks�and winter socks. Each item of multiple sizes and multiple quantities. Envision Xpress Inc. contracts through National Industries for the Blind(NIB) and the AbilityOne Program to help outfit and/or support the U.S. military. Market research revealed that the circumstances in regard to this requirement have not changed. FAR 8.002 Prioritizes the use of AbilityOne/NIB sources higher than GSA and other mandated sources. Envision Xpress Inc. has a retail store located on McConnell AFB and is able to fulfill the requirement in its entirety.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 315990 and the size standard is 500 employees. Base Notice: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to brandon.williams.6@us.af.mil no later than 4 October�2020 by 3:00 PM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
