- THIS IS AN INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, Office of Procurement intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Winogron Psychology Professional Corporation (WPPC). This is follow on training services for Controlling Anger and Learning to Manage It (CALM II) offender training program. A draft of the statement of work for the training program is attached. If you believe that your company is capable of performing required training and support in accordance with the statement of work, please provide information and capability by responding to Thomas Hall at thomas.hall@csosa,gov and Elijah Anderson at elijah.anderson@csosa,gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties must submit capabilities statement demonstration their ability to provide required training services. Please provide capability statement to both individuals above by September 24, 2020 at 9:00 AM EDT. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a notice of intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you decide to respond to this Sole Source Notice, your capabilities statement must explain how the interested party plan to meet requirement in attached draft Statement of Work; how interested party will meet web-based real-time interactive (synchronous) sessions requirements; and explain capability to design and deliver Evidence Based Practices.
