Contractor should not contact the Buyer seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available until approximately 14 days after issuance of this notice.� ONLY once the�Request for Quote (RFQ)�is approved by internal review will it be posted to www.beta.sam.gov. The USPFO-NY intends to issue an�RFQ to award one firm fixed priced contract for the �services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to complete the Demolish Structures, utility systems and Rail Track Youngstown Local Training Area, 1525 Balmer Road, Youngstown, New York 14174�per the Statement of Work (SOW).� Set Aside: 100 % Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business� It is anticipated contract duration is�365 days after Notice to Proceed.� Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52-219-14� Limitations on Subcontracting which states: �By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror/Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform.� The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 8 Aug 2020. The solicitation and associated information and the plans and specifications will be available only from the Contract Opportunities on Beta.Sam (Formerly FBO) website on-line at www.beta.sam.gov. Contract Opportunities on Beta.Sam is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies.
