- The purpose of this amendment is simply to incorporate all of the responses to industry into the solicitation 1449 and incorporate the wage determination already posted. ************************************ The purpose of this amendment is to post the updated Wage Determination published on�08/07/2020. Due to a technichal issue, the�formal amendment using the form 1449 will be forthcoming incorporating all the responses to industry. ************************************ The purpose of this amendment is to post�the response to vendor questions V-2 ************************************ Description Non-professional Medical Support Services; Virgin Islands Army National Guard, St. Croix, USVI. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor will provide all labor, supplies, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide medical and dental non-clinical case management and administrative care coordinator staffing services in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). This requirement is designed to be flexible and�responsive and to meet the ever-evolving needs of the Government. DoDI 6025.19 establishes aggressive quarterly and annual metric goals for the separate IMR elements and for the overall IMR category of Fully Medically Ready (FMR) soldiers. This acquisition is for obtaining non-professional, non-personal healthcare support services to support the work described above. All work required shall be in strict accordance with the detailed requirements of the PWS. The main place of performance shall be at the VIARNG Deputy State Surgeon Office (DSS) in Estate Bethlehem, St. Croix US Virgin Islands. Intermittent performance may also be, as required, at remote locations on occasion. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract with one (1) 12-month base period. The Government anticipates award without discussions. This effort is being solicited as a competitive Small Businesses set aside. Funds are presently not available for this acquisition. �No award will be made under any resultant solicitation until certified funds are available. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Codes for this solicitation is 561110 Office Administrative Services with small business threshold of $8 million. �Interested offerors must be registered with in the Systems for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration information can be accessed on-line at https://beta.sam.gov/. Interested offerors are required to post their representations and certifications on-line within SAM.
