- Description
- The Department of Justice intends to award a sole source purchase order with one base year and four option years under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i) to Computer Projects of Illinois of 400 QUADRANGLE DRIVE SUITE F, BOLINGBROOK, IL 60440 for CPI Messenger Maintenance. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on the company's unique ability to satisfy the agency's requirement. CPI Messenger Maintenance is the only company with rights to the system and software. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed purchase order resulting from this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A sole source purchase order to CPI Messenger Maintenance will be issued without further notice. Inquires will only be accepted by email.
