- Description
- This Notice (D-21-TC-0025) is to announce the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration�s (DEA�s), intention to procure, on a sole source basis, for an additional one year period beginning October 1, 2020, the continuation of IPToll Free and IPFlex services currently in use from AT&T pursuant to FAR Part 13.302 Simplified Acquisition Methods/Purchase Orders.� This is an announcement only.� This is not a request for quotation (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP).� Vendors may indicate their interest by submitting their capability statement to Nancy Costello, nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The company that will provide the required service is AT&T, 3033 Chain Bridge Rd, Oakton, VA 22185. �A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached.�
