- Dacima software allows for multiple studies to adapt the software to meet their specific data and project management. The software is proprietary and is being utilized by ongoing projects. The use of a different software is not in the best interest of the Government at this time, as it would cause disruption to ongoing research studies, and the use of different software would likely be on a sole source basis as well. The Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion (CHERP) requires the continued use of Dacima data management software. NCO 4 intends to sole source this requirement to Dacima Software, Inc for a period of one year.
