See the attached documents:�Combined Synopsis Commercial Solicitation: F5N30CC0226AG01A, SOW and , WD 2015-4095. The government requires the layout and installation of an Audio Visual (A/V) and Sound system in several areas of Bldg. 1204, Westover Conference Center. The system will be capable of having a stand-alone Laptop for SIPR/NIPR access. This project consists of, but is not limited to the furnishing of all plant, labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and all miscellaneous necessary to accomplish the work. The installation will be a new standalone A/V system capable of displaying A/V information from various inputs, and sound via speaker system. The contractor shall provide new A/V and Sound equipment to replace existing outdated equipment. All codes and system information will be made available to the base communications office.� All equipment shall be purchased from TAA qualified companies. Milestone Dates : August 25, 2020 10AM EST - Register for Site visit (see COVID restrictions) September 2, 2020 10AM EST � Site Visit September 11, 2020 10AM EST � *Modified on�9/9/20 -Question Period ends (We welcome your questions ASAP.)
