- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform hangar door repair project at Hangar 4609, Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as local, state, and federal regulations. Contractor proposals and work shall adhere to the requirements outlined in this SOW.
