VENDORS SHALL CONTACT THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST at Anthony.p.maiore@usace.army.mil TO BE PROVIDED WITH��194 Technical Drawings and Schematics of the Vessel, which will be sent via DOD SAFE Link. Due to the size of these files there will be eigth (8) DOD SAFE Links sent. THE VENDORS SHALL PROVIDE THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION, A PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS, AND AN ALTERNATE EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND THEM TOO, AND A POC.� This purpose of this requirement is to solicit for the Dry-Docking of the Dredge WHEELER, which is an all steel,�sea-going hopper dredge. This Solicitation is a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� Due to the response for COVID-19, most federal employees have been�mandated to telework, and currently only authorized personnel are allowed�access to the District buildings throughout USACE. As a result, we have implemented�procedures for all current and future bid openings,�until such restrictions have been lifted and normal access has resumed at�the MVN HQ Building. Please see INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS � ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF BIDS�VIRUTAL BID OPENING, for further instructions.� AMENDMENT 0001�provides�the excel spreadsheet of the Schedule of Prices for Solicitation W912P820B0061. AMENDMENT 0002 provides� the Government Response to the Industry Question: Requesting the drawings for the item MA-8:�70006-2560-052 Main Hydraulic system sw ell compensator and shock absorber; 70006-6650-905 General Arrangement; **70006-6650-906�Cylinder f or CW Swell Comp; and 70006-6650-907 Sheaveblock for CW Swell Comp. AMENDMENT 0003 reschedules the Ship Check for 31 August 2020.� AMENDMENT 0004 provides�the Government Response for the Industry Question to provide additional draw ings.�For Items HH-7.5 and HH-7.6, all applicable draw ings are listed in HH-7 CENTERWELL VERTICAL BEAMS & STRINGERS REPLACEMENT�(INFORMATION). Specif ically look at: * 11-05-04: Centerw ell Bulkheads (Sheet #1) � 11-05-042: Centerw ell Bulkheads (Sheet #2). AMENDMENT 0005 provides� 1)�the situational awareness COVID 19 statement: COVID-19. All contractor personnel who are working on the Wheeler or in the�dry dock, shall follow all CDC health and safety recommendations to prevent the spread and exposure of COVID-19. 2) To provide the Government Responses to Industry Questions. Please the Continuation Page and attached pages. 3) To provide the Participant Access Information for the Conference Call for the Bid. Please See Continuation Page. AMENDMENT 0006 provides the Government Responses to Industry Questions.� AMENDMENT 0007�extends�the Bid Opening Date and Time from 15 September 2020 at 11:30A.M. (CST) to 22 September 2020 11:30A.M. (CST). Further,�an additional Amendment will be posted to clarify the details of the Bid Call-In Number, Access Numbers, and any other pertinent information�in advance of Bid Opening. Thank you.
