- 9-21-2020 Site Visit previously scheduled for 9-24 is� cancelled and the time and date will be in the solicitation when posted to this website.� �Also to extend the tenative response date for the solicitation, if issued on or about 9-22-2020.�� 9-8-2020 Solicitation will be issued by end of week.� A site visit is scheduled for September 24, 2020, see additional attachments below for additional information.�� Site visit with contractors is scheduled 24 September 2020 0730am PST meeting point at 3581 Cummings Road, Bldg. 3581, San Diego, CA 92136. Read attachments for full�Instructions� 8-28-2020� Solicitation will be issued on or about August 31, 2020.� A Site Visit is scheduled for September 10, 2020.� In information for participating in the site visit is hereby posted to this presolicitation notice.���� The proposed contract is for facility maintenance of Defense Logistics Agency facilities located at Naval Base San Diego and Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, California.� The scope of the work includes preventative and periodic maintenance,� repairs, custodial service,� painting, troubleshooting existing systems, servicing existing operations,� emergency repair and services, HVAC service and repair, grounds maintenance, equipment maintenance, pest control and facility maintenance, to include limited construction activities not to exceed $150,000.00.� The duration of proposed contract is for 1 base year and 4 options years. ��The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561210 - Facilities Support Services.� This acquisition is set aside for 8(a) business development program participants only.� �The estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. �Award will be based on Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 14, Sealed Bidding, where the contracting officer shall make a contract award to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation.�� It is anticipated that award will be made within 90 calendar days after bid opening.��See revised Site Visit information above and attachments. All are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process. The solicitation, amendments and interested parties (planholder's) list will only be available for downloading at the beta.SAM.gov��website.�� All interested parties are reminded that the successful contractor will be expected to place subcontracts to the maximum practicable extent with small and disadvantaged firms in accordance with the provisions of Public Law 95-507. ��It is the responsibility of the offeror to check beta.SAM.gov�website frequently for any amendments or changes to the solicitation. The Government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for the offerors inability to access the documents posted at the referenced website.
