- The Nashville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is requesting�Request for Quotes (RFQ), for the pick-up, transport, manifest documentation, and Certificate of Disposal that meets all OSHA, USACE and Environmental regulations for 24 various size concrete blocks and 12 metal weights located at Pickwick Lock and Dam area located at Counce, Hardin County, Tennessee 38326.
