UPDATE: 3:30pm�21 Sept 2020 Based on the site visit held on 21 Sept 2020, the Statement of Work has been updated to reflect new informaiton. The new SOW has been updated in the attachments section, changes have been added in bold text. Please reference this new SOW when submitting quotes. If you have any questions, please contact TSgt Jason Burton at jason.burton.5@us.af.mil. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This requirement consists of�all labor and materials and work necessary to install two new� water storage tanks and make operational at Building 590 at Peterson AFB, CO. The contractor shall remove two existing 350 gallon water storage tanks A.O. Smith model number TJH350A along with any associated piping and fittings. The contractor shall install two new water storage tanks and connect to existing heating water supply and return lines in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. �Tanks shall be insulated per requirements of latest version of ASHRAE 90.1. The tanks shall be installed in accordance with (IAW) the manufacturer's installation instructions and shall be tested after completion of work for full operation. � The contractor shall repair any pipe insulation damaged from tank installation. Contractor shall verify all dimension for the connections. �All work to provide complete and usable systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.) shall be included in the project. The contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of any leftover material, replaced material, or any material that has been deemed unusable from the job site. The contractor is responsible for the transportation of these materials to dispose of them properly and assumes responsibility when said materials leave the job site.� Site Visit Information � A site visit is being held at 10:00 A.M. MST, Monday, 21 Sep 2020 at the Peterson AFB Welcome Center. If interested in attending, e-mail TSgt Jason Burton at jason.burton.5@us.af.mil.
