- The Government has a need for: � six (6) tool cabinet systems. Please see Attachment 1- Specifications of the tool cabinet system. � six (6) rubber mats that will protect flooring and keep toolbox from rolling, approximately 3- inches thick. Shipment of the fully assembled cabinet systems to Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany is required.
