Description
1.�This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2.�Solicitation W912J2-21-Q-001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 3.�The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-09. 4.�All line items are listed in the Cost and Pricing Schedule for award of a firm fixed price contract. 5.�Description of requirements:� This is a contract to provide a venue for a Badger Yellow Ribbon Event.� The contreactor is to provide conference space, Audio/Visual needs, lodging, and catered meals. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Location must be within the state of WI and a within 50 mile radius of Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965. The WIARNG requires the following Items: CLIN 0001 Yellow Ribbon Venue 3 - General Session 1- Breakout Rooms 1 - Child and Youth Room 1 - Nanny Area 1- Resource Area 3- Privacy Rooms 1- Registration Area - see the attached statement of work to ensure you have adequate space and resources to accommodate the event. CLIN 0002 Audio Visual Equipment (Both Events) A/V Requirements i. 8 A/V Carts with power strip cords and cords taped or covered ii. 6 large projections screens and 2 additional projection screens (8 total) iii. In house sound system with wireless handheld mic, lavalier mic, with sound cord for laptop sound in each of the general session rooms. CLIN 0003 Catered Meals Food and Beverage Requirements: i. Government boxed lunch with drink and desert. ii. Morning coffee Saturday and Sunday Morning CLIN 0004 (Lodging) 10-16-2020 to 10-17-2020 for Event 1 150 rooms 10-17-2020 to 10-18-2020 for Event 2 150 rooms ****SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING*** Please ensure you read the entire Statement of Work for further detail of this requirement All documents required and quote submission requirments can be found on page 11 of 46 in CLAUSE(S) 52.212-1 - ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1. 6.�Provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition addenda for all items needed for submission are display in FAR 52.212-1. 7.�52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. 8.�52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 9.�Quotes are to be submitted electronically and are due on September 28, 2020 by 4:00 PM Local.� 10.
