- Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to upload the Questions and Answers. See attached. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to update the quantities of sneeze guards required to 669. See attached ""Attachment A - Price and Delivery Rev. 1"". Please use this as your reference and submit as part of your quote. Also see amended Combined/Synopsos Solicitation. See attached combined/synopsis solicitation for additional information. See attached picture for product example. See attachment A for pricing/delivery information. The Department of Justice (DOJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) has the following need to procure 483 36� x 36� 1/4� thick (or thicker) freestanding desktop clear plexiglass sneeze guards with a 3� x 12� pass through window and at least 12� wide feet. Attachment A identifies price, delivery addresses and quantities per location. Offerors shall submit a picture and technical specifications of the product proposed as part of your quote
