Description

he NGOK-IMO Section purchased, deployed, and utilizes numerous Liebert Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS) in the Oklahoma Military Department (OMD) Main Data Center and the Continuity of Operations Program (COOP) site at the Sand Springs Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC). Annual maintenance and preventative maintenance is required to ensure the systems operate at peak performance 24 hours each day, 365 days each year.� Authorized Liebert service companies are the only entities who can support this requirement while preserving manufacturer�s equipment warranties. Based on the provided documentation from Vertiv, the services requested can only be fulfilled by a single vendor. �Vertiv (as the owner of Liebert) asserts that RB Adkins is the only vendor authorized to do maintenance work in Oklahoma on their products. �For the past several years, these requirements were competed on GSA but it was RB Adkins that performed the actual services as a sub-contractor. �Now, RB Adkins has its own Federal registration and is eligible to directly receive Federal contracts. �Removed the prime and doing business directly with RB Adkins should result in cost savings.
