The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is requesting all supplies, labor, services, materials and supervision necessary to provide design and construction services to allow for the renovation and construction of the Pharmacy in the Dallas, TX VA Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas, TX 75216. Project NAICS Code: �236220 Magnitude of Construction: �$1,000,000.00 - $2,000,000.00. This is a ""Design-Build"" project and will be procured usingthe Two-Phase Design-Build Procedures. �This project is being procured in accordance with 38 U.S.C.(Public Law 109-461) as a competitive Service-Disabled�Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) set-aside. The Construction Wage Rate Requirements (formally Davis-Bacon Act) applies to this Request for Quotation. �Decision�TX20200241 is attached and is part of this Request for Proposal. �Labor Standard Wage Determination (formally the�Service Contract Act) is also a part of this Request for Proposal. �Decision �Number 2015-5228, Revision 12 is attached.�Clauses Incorporated by Reference"" are also attached and, likewise, are part of this solicitation and any subsequent�contract.
