- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for a combination tender boat/OSHA suspended platform. The anticipated required delivery date is 04/30/2021. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is unrestricted and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. The NAICS code is 336612 and the small business size standard is 1,000. Instructions All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the best value to the government when considering price (fair and reasonable), past experience, past performance, qualifications, and technical approach.
