��� ************************************************************************************************ note:� this section is used for both the PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/advertisement and THE RLP procurement summary Advertisement ����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Imperial Delineated Area: City Limits of Imperial, CA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,500 Space Type: Flex Space: 70% storage and specialty, 30% office Parking Spaces (Total): 27 Parking Spaces (Surface): 27 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 27 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: One or two story buildings, with no tenants located above the Government. Building must be able to accommodate at least 14 ft high garage doors. Parking and building must be accessible 24 hours a day. The Government reserves the right to place an antenna on the roof of the structure as well as additional auxiliary security requirements which will be provided at issuance of the Request for Lease Proposals. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
