- This synopsis is to inform that NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 awarded a Firm Fixed Price BPA call for Splunk Phantom Software Licenses in support of Navy Cyber Defense Operation Command (NCDOC). The procurement was acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR subpart 8.4 � �Federal Supply Schedules. The contract action is for commercial Splunk Phantom Software Licenses for which the Government awarded a Call Order under the established DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N6600120A0022, in accordance with DFARS 208.74 � Enterprise Software Agreements. NAVSUP FLCN awarded N0018920F0681 on 11 September 2020 resulting from solicitation N0018920Q0578 to Carahsoft Technology, Corp., in the amount of �$481,685.08 for the procurement of the following line items: CLIN 0001: Phantom Software License and Support Phantom - Term User Seat License with Standard Support (PH-T-LIC-U-ST-5US). QTY: 6 Splunk Professional Services Daily Rate � Cleared Resource (PS-DAY-C). QTY: 30 Splunk Professional Services - Project Management - Daily Rate (Remote) (PS-PM-DAY-R). QTY: 2 No set-aside was used for this contract action. This contract action is supported by the attached LSJ No. 20215. The Place of Performance is Navy Cyber Defense Operation Command, Suffolk, VA, 23435. The Product Code is 7030 � ADP Software.
