- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions.� The FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov. This document is linked to Notice of Intent Posting N6264520NC01.� The contractor shall submit a quote in response to the Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC).� In accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1) procedures, NMLC intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Draeger, Inc.� The NAICS code is 811219 with a small business size standard of $20.5M.� The scope of the requirement is listed in the Performance Work Statement. The closing date of the solicitation can be found within the Instructions to Quoters.�
