- Altus AFB has a requirement to renew 185, and obtain 35 additional (220 total), licenses for software developed by ForeFlight. The specific item is ""ForeFlight Mobile: MIlitary Flight Bag Pro"". The 97th Contracting Flight intends to make an award to ForeFlight, of Houston, TX. Interested parties may contact SSgt Ross Couture by email at ross.couture@us.af.mil or via phone at� (580) 481-5834.� The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), and AFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 2302b.��This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
