NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR COMPLETE 6� INCH UN 4D PLYWOOD SHIPPING CONTAINER BOX W/ 6�X14� SHIPPING PIPE � This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). �The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846; �has a requirement to procure the following service: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Safety Management Services, 1847 West 9000 South, Suite 205 � West Jordan, Utah.� The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332420 (Metal Tank manufacturing) size standards in number of employees 1000. All responses received within five businesses (4) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than 10:00 a.m Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), 28 Sep 2020 with the following information: Company name.
