Cruz, at mark.c.cruz@fe.navy.mil with the subject line ""REQUEST RFP ENCLOSURE (1) - N4019220R1820"".� The enclosure will be sent to�the�email address received�via DOD SAFE. =====END OF UPDATE===== *UPDATE: 09/10/2020: RFP Amendment 0001 and Request For Information Notice 01 posted in the attachments.� This requirement is for environmental services to perform full range environmental support activities for Naval Installation Environmental Compliance programs to ensure the supported components, tenant commands and facilities, and contractor operations demonstrate and maintain compliance with all applicable Federal, U.S. territory, and local statutes, and with DoD and Navy policies, permits, instructions, and guidance.� Environmental compliance programs include clean air, safe drinking water, clean water, hazardous waste, pollution prevention, solid waste management, pesticide compliance, Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), Ozone Depleting Substances Management, storage tank management, environmental quality assessment, environmental sampling and analysis, and overall environmental compliance oversight. The contract term will be a base period and four option periods consisting of 12 months each for a total maximum duration of 60 months.� The contract value, including the base period and all options, shall not exceed $30 million. This solicitation is set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business Concerns (WOSB).� The Government will only accept offers from such firms.� Offers received that are not WOSB concerns will not be considered.� All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541620 (Environmental Consulting Services) and the annual size standard is $16.5M. All responsible Offerors are highly encouraged to submit a proposal in accordance with all terms and conditions prescribed in the solicitation by reviewing its contents carefully.� Proposals shall be submitted electronically.� Please see Section L (Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Bidders) of this solicitation for more details.
